(“CLPT”), a subsidiary of the Company, recently announced that the total value of secured orders in the first half of 2026 amounted to RMB 1.44 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 108%. This fully demonstrates the Company’s strong market competitiveness and business expansion capabilities. The Company continues to consolidate its core beer and beverage business while achieving breakthrough progress in the food seasoning sector, with its diversification strategy continuing to advance in depth.
CLPT has continued its strong momentum from the first half of the year since July. As of the date of this release, the Company has been named preferred bidder for three benchmark projects, namely a large-scale brewery project in Europe, a newly built brewery project in Jiangsu, and a large domestic green intelligent production base project for pickle Vegetables, with a total contract value of approximately RMB 280 million.
Large-scale Brewery Project in Europe: Led by Ziemann Holvrieka, a brand under CLPT, the contract scope covers the manufacture and installation of dozens of large-scale stainless steel fermentation tanks and maturation tanks. To address the logistic challenges arising from the ultra-large dimensions of the tanks, the project team conducted comprehensive surveys and risk assessments of port conditions and transportation routes during the tendering and solution design stages. This project once again validates CLPT’s end-to-end project management capabilities for large-scale engineering projects in the high-end brewing sector.
New Brewery Project in Jiangsu: The Group has secured a new brewery project in Jiangsu. This successful bid further strengthens the Company’s leading market position in the brewing equipment sector.
A Large Domestic Green Intelligent Production Base Project for Pickle Vegetables: The Group has successfully secured the raw material clean-processing system for the production base, with a contract value of RMB 85 million. This project represents an important milestone in the implementation of CLPT’s diversification strategy. Once completed, the project will achieve unmanned operations across the entire process from raw material intake to finished product dispatch. It will synchronously integrate smart logistics, automated production data collection, and AI-assisted decision analysis for key process parameters, powerfully driving the intelligent upgrade of China's pickle Vegetable industry. As the first large-scale benchmark project in China’s food seasoning sector, it marks the successful extension of CLPT’s core technologies in food raw material processing and intelligent control and management from the traditional liquid food processing sector to the highly distinctive, uniquely Chinese pickle Vegetable segment, a brand-new food niche market.
